Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

All orders will be shipped as soon as possible. 

• Being that we are offshore most of the time, we tend to operate on Island Time.  
• Normally we try to ship the same or the following business day, but we ask that you please allow 3 to 5 business days to process all orders.

Keezy Life stands behind the quality of its products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product we will gladly replace or exchange the product to make you happy.  Give us a call at 305 29K-EEZY.

• All products to be returned within 15 days in the original condition. This means it should be unused and in un-opened packaging with original tags. Items not returned in original condition will be subject to re-stocking fee of up to 30% original cost.  

• All “SALE” items are FINAL! We will not accept items for exchange or refund. 

• Although products purchased from a retail store must be returned to the original store in which the item was purchased, please give us a call first to see if we help.  

• Please include Reason for Return and a copy of the receipt. 

• All Returns must be authorized first, and should be shipped to:

• All returns may take 7 - 15 business days to be processed upon the arrival.

• Return shipping fee are not reimbursable.  

• Product exchange may take 7-10 business days after processing and will be shipped via standard ground shipping.

Damages Items or Mis-Shipments:  If you receive a damaged item or a mis-shipped item due to our error, we will do our best to promptly send you a replacement. Please call us directly 305 295-3399. You will need to provide the order number, email address, delivery address, name and phone number.
