Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We operate on island time, and could be out on the water. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 5–8 business days
- Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $69.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@keezylife.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Keezy Life is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
